A historic organ, manufactured by the Verney organ company in Mason City, is being sold for $1.

I corresponded with a representative from the church where the organ is currently located. They have a verbal agreement with an organization that plans to acquire, use, and maintain the organ. Details aren’t finalized yet but it appears this will be a preservation success!
