Preservation Iowa is a non-profit organization formed in 1991 to support historic and heritage preservation in the state of Iowa. Goals of Preservation Iowa include educating the public about the importance of historic preservation, informing the public on issues involving preservation, and protecting places of historic significance for future generations. Preservation Iowa accomplishes its mission through the hard work and dedication of its members, volunteers, and through its partnerships with various non-profit and government associations.
