Founded in 2001, we offer the full suite of professional Historic Preservation services to state and federal agencies, local governments, and private clients. Services include assistance with Section 106 National Historic Preservation Act compliance, architectural history survey and evaluation, historic context development, National Register nominations, preservation planning, and other related efforts. Our staff members meet and exceed the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards in Architectural History, History, and Archaeology. We have an excellent working relationship with the Iowa SHPO and a strong understanding of State of Iowa and federal compliance requirements.
